Job summary

HCRC consulting in Morristown, NJ is seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist to join our physician-led team in a full-time post-acute care setting. The group offers a $300K+ base with bonus potential and a flexible schedule, along with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will provide PM&R consultations and follow-up care, collaborate with rehab teams and facilities, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes and physician well-being.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active New Jersey Medical License.
• Active DEA and CDS registrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM&R consultations and follow-up care in post-acute rehab settings.
• Round on patients regularly and monitor functional progress.
• Collaborate with rehab teams, facility leadership, families.
• Attend interdisciplinary rehab meetings.
• Maintain documentation, coding, and billing.
• Build and maintain referral relationships within facilities.
• Work closely with Physician Assistants, PCPs, Orthopedists, and other providers.

We are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our physician-led team in Morristown, NJ.
