Medrina is seeking a board-certified or eligible Physiatry physician in New Jersey to join a physician-owned PM&R group. No nights, no weekends, no call, with flexible full-time or part-time options and autonomy in rehab planning.

Base salary ranges from $350,000 to $400,000 plus a sign-on bonus and a compensation model that reflects your specialty value, not a hospital pay grid.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
