Job summary

HCRC Consulting in Morristown, NJ seeks a BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our physician-led team in post-acute rehabilitation settings. This is a full-time position with a $300K+ salary and bonus potential, offering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

The role involves PM&R consultations and follow-up, round on patients, coordinating with rehab teams and families, and maintaining strong referral relationships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Active New Jersey Medical License.
• Active DEA and CDS.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM&R consultations and follow-up care in post-acute rehab settings.
• Round on patients regularly and monitor functional progress.
• Collaborate with rehab teams, physicians, facility leadership, and families.
• Attend interdisciplinary rehab meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within facilities.
• Work closely with Physician Assistants, PCPs, Orthopedists, and other providers.

We are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our physician-led team in Morristown, NJ.
