Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Medicine.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in PM&R.
• Illinois medical license and DEA registration.
• Commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and collaborative clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and advanced interventional treatment for spine pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform high-volume fluoroscopically and ultrasound-guided spine and joint interventions.
• Collaborate with Rush Neurosciences Service Line to coordinate care with surgical and non-surgical colleagues.
• Engage in education, supervision, and mentorship of PM&R residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, or publications.
