Qualifications

• American Board Certification or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Completion of a PM&R residency program.
• Nebraska medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient PM&R services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological, orthopedic, traumatic, and medically complex conditions.
• Lead rehabilitation care planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve patients across a regional referral network with a large catchment area.
• Manage patients within a 14-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit with co-management support.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans focused on maximizing independence and outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing, case managers, and other service lines.
• Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in growth and development of rehabilitation services regionally.
