Job summary

CHI Health Immanuel, CHI Health Clinic and Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska seek a board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

You will lead the inpatient rehabilitation unit, collaborate with hospitalists, and contribute to medical student education while expanding rehab services across the continuum of care in a growing program.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Completion of a PM&R residency program.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Nebraska or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams and provide inpatient PM&R services.
• Collaborate with hospitalists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for 8–12 inpatients daily.
• Educate Creighton University School of Medicine students and residents.
• Contribute to growth of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services across the continuum of care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care planning.
