Allina Health’s Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Minnesota seeks a Physiatrist specializing in Cancer Rehabilitation to join a large, established PM&R team providing inpatient and outpatient care. You will collaborate with oncologists, APPs, therapists and nurses in a cancer rehabilitation program focused on improving function, mobility and quality of life.
You will develop individualized plans, manage cancer-related symptoms such as pain and fatigue, prescribe therapies and devices,
Qualificações
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an approved school of medicine.
- Board-certified or eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- MN medical license or eligibility required.
Responsabilidades
- Provide patient-centered rehabilitation care for cancer patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, oncology and rehabilitation specialists in an interdisciplinary program.
- Develop individualized plans to improve function, mobility and quality of life.
- Manage cancer-related symptoms such as pain, neuropathy, fatigue and lymphedema.
- Prescribe therapies, assistive devices and durable medical equipment; participate in education and quality initiatives.
