Job summary

Overlake Clinics in Issaquah/Bellevue, WA is seeking a Musculoskeletal Physiatrist to join our expanding physiatry team, providing outpatient spine and sports medicine care with a comprehensive rehabilitation focus.

You will collaborate with interventional spine physiatrists, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• WA physician license by time of hire.
• Experience or strong interest in spine and sports medicine.
• Proficiency in musculoskeletal and diagnostic ultrasound preferred.
• Ultrasound-guided procedures preferred.
• EMG skills preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage outpatient spine and sports medicine patients as part of a growing physiatry program.
• Collaborate closely with interventional spine physiatry, physical therapy and rehab colleagues to deliver comprehensive care.
• Contribute to a clinic focused on clinical excellence, innovation and patient-centered rehabilitation.

Overlake Clinics is seeking a Musculoskeletal Physiatrist to join our growing Physiatry Department in Issaquah/Bellevue, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse outpatient population with a mix of spine, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions. We are seeking a physician who is comfortable evaluating and managing both spine and sports medicine patients and is passionate about providing comprehensive, evidence-based care across the continuum of rehabilitation and musculoskeletal medicine.

Physicians work closely with our group of interventional spine physiatrists, sports medicine providers, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Position Details

• Full-time, 36 patient contact hours per week
• Option for a 4- or 5-day workweek
• 1:6weekly homecall rotation
• Primary clinic location in Issaquah,with the opportunity work in Bellevue.
• Dedicated 1:1 MA support
• Join a growing team of physiatrists committed to advancing comprehensive musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care
• Integrated rehabilitation services, including physical therapy and other rehabilitation specialties

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous value based compensation model: $316k-$485k
• Excellent benefits, PTO and 5-7% retirement match (fully vested)
