Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner located in Montrose, CO. The clinician will provide direct patient care, including conducting comprehensive histories and physical exams, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing appropriate treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing patient panels, performing follow-up visits, providing preventive care and wellness counseling, coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and documenting all encounters in the electronic health record. The role also involves patient education, participation in quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Colorado, with appropriate national certification.
