Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating residents, planning and implementing therapy interventions, and coordinating care with the health team.

You will develop and revise plans of care, set functional goals, educate residents and families, and support discharge planning for long- and short-term residents. This role requires state licensure in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree.
