• Guard the Next.js codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch.
• Reverse-engineer the builder-led Go format Ford inherited and never documented.
• Reach into legacy People Management modules and leave them cleaner than you found them.
• Own the mid-level Kubernetes workstream that unblocks the Port St. Lucie roadmap.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
