Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.
• Knowledge of laser equipment and its operation is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to different healthcare facilities and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient consultations for laser treatment suitability.
• Prepare patients for treatment, including application of numbing creams.
• Operate laser equipment to deliver treatment as directed.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment, documenting reactions.
• Maintain laser equipment in good working order.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment logs.
• Provide patient education regarding laser phototherapy treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser equipment, preparing patients for treatment, and monitoring patients during and after treatment, while adhering to strict safety protocols.

• Prepare patients for treatment, including application of numbing creams and protective eyewear.
• Operate laser equipment to deliver treatment as directed by the dermatologist, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment, documenting any adverse reactions or side effects.
• Maintain laser equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment logs.
• Provide patient education and counseling regarding laser phototherapy treatment and aftercare.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals at different facilities to provide optimal patient care.

Working Conditions

• Adherence to strict safety protocols for laser use and wear of appropriate personal protective equipment is mandatory.
