The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed assembly tasks on small components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years in the Electronics or Photonics field, proficiency in using test equipment, and good hand-eye coordination. This role offers flexible working hours from 5 am to 8 am, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the Electronics or Photonics industry.
• Familiarity with production concepts such as calibration and quality systems.
• Initiative and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly work on small components safely.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are adhered to while meeting production goals.
• Communicate work status regularly with the supervisor.
