Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Photolithography Process Engineering Manager for our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
The Photolithography Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for employee tasking, project management, and program/engineering interface activities. Functional duties include onboarding, personnel performance assessments, time charging approval, and employee development.
