Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skill required.
• Previous photography experience preferred but not required.
• Strong motivational and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to think quickly and use good judgment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to adapt to changes, policies and procedures.
• Onboarding background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of photography business to meet revenue, guest experience and Host satisfaction goals.
• Lead front-line workers using Lead with Love principles for teamwork and smooth operations.
• Develop Hosts with training, coaching, growth opportunities and positive discipline.
• Ensure photography competencies and equipment maintenance are upheld.
• Execute management-approved business strategies and resolve equipment issues.
• Lead and motivate the sales team; participate in leadership meetings as needed.
• Foster a culture of enthusiasm, respect, teamwork, and growth.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper communication across leadership levels.
