Location: Austin, TX (Travel Required) | Pay Range: $24.00/hr - $33.00/hr | Per Event Earnings: $700–$1,000

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Photography Team Leader to oversee youth sports tournaments nationwide. This role involves leading a high-energy team, managing event operations, engaging with families, and driving sales. You’ll be the key person ensuring smooth event execution and delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate a team of 2–6 crew members.
2. Manage the entire event process from setup to teardown.
3. Engage with families and athletes to upsell and close sales.
4. Oversee photo, print, and fulfillment operations.
5. Resolve issues promptly, maintaining calm and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in team leadership, maintaining focus and positivity.
• Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communicator, confident and customer-oriented.
• Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Available weekends (Friday–Sunday) and possesses a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel.
