About the team

Zillow Media Experts is seeking experienced photographers for part-time real estate media work in Sarasota, FL. Apply your photography skills to the Real Estate industry, capturing high-quality photos, videos, and Zillow's 3D interactive floor plans to help real estate agents professionally market listings. You’ll be at the forefront of Real Estate media innovation, capturing media that consumers want to see when shopping for a home. Photographers will drive between job sites, capture media, and upload it for processing.

About the role

This is a part-time position in Sarasota, FL. Typically 10-20 hours per week, with potential for more during high demand. Future opportunities for full-time employment may arise.

Responsibilities include:

• Capturing professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone media, and social media videos for properties.
• Using advanced techniques and equipment to showcase properties effectively.
• Interacting with clients on-site to understand and meet their photography needs.
• Guiding clients during sessions to achieve desired results.
• Using proprietary technology to create engaging media experiences.
• Adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring accurate property representation.
• Maintaining photography equipment.
• Organizing and uploading media for post-processing, meeting deadlines.
• Staying updated on industry trends.
• Developing creative concepts for property showcases.
• Collaborating with team members and external partners.
• Adapting to future media and process changes.
• Representing Zillow Media Experts professionally.

This role is categorized as a Field position, requiring living within a reasonable distance to the service area. Pay ranges vary by location, with specific ranges in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC.

Who you are

• Experienced photographer with high-quality media capture skills, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Independent worker comfortable working solo.

Requirements

• Ability to learn Zillow’s processes and systems.
• Experience with real estate photography, videos, 3D tours, and drone media.
• Understanding of photography fundamentals with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
• Possibility to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license, if needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius of Sarasota.
• Preferred internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps.

Required Equipment

• Full frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of shooting 5 brackets (e.g., Canon R7, R5).
• Wide-angle lens (e.g., 15-35mm for full frame).
• Ball head or geared head tripod (not video fluid head).
