Job summary

Radford Racing School in Chandler, Arizona is seeking an on-site, full-time photographer and videographer to capture and package images and videos for students during driving experiences and for marketing content. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in photography or related field, relevant shooting experience, and proficiency with Adobe Suite.

You will manage shoots, edit deliverables, handle equipment, and support promotional efforts across platforms.

Radford Racing School, the world’s premier driving and racing school in Chandler, Arizona, has a job opening for an on-site, full-time photographer and videographer. This content creator would capture and package photos and videos for students visiting the school, during their driving experience and capture assets for use in marketing and communications, including social media.

• Communicate and exchange information with students and instructors at the school to capture photos and/or video.
• Manage and coordinate photo and photoshoot sessions.
• Ensure that the background meets specifications by arranging scenes and objects.
• Edit and package photos and videos for student purchase.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment.
• Maneuver different photographic equipment such as digital camera and lighting, film, Go Pros, or single-lens reflex cameras to produce excellent images.
• Reproduce, reprint, or frame photographs as requested by the student and school.
• Perform administrative duties by recording and storing customers’ details and photo and videos libraries.
• When needed, travel or work extra hours to meet the student/school demands.
• Capture visual content for multiple platforms.
• Produce images and photos in printed or digital media.
• Deliver the final image, product, or photographs to various sources like internal and external customers, agencies, sponsors, and the media.
• Requisition or purchase needed supplies after gaining approval.
• Maintain an in-depth, current understanding of photographic best procedures and practices.
• Time management in regard to utilizing time spent with student photos vs in house content needs

Copyright issues come into play. Understanding of intellectual laws and regulations that bind and govern the use of photographs and images.
• Artistic ability: Must have the creativity needed to create outstanding images and capture the unique experience of Radford Racing School. Sharp eye for composition, color, and light.
• Interpersonal skills and customer service: Understand, anticipate, and respond to needs of students, coworkers, managers.
• Attention to detail: Capture excellent, striking, memorable, and unforgettable images.

Competitive salary. $40,000-$60,000 Range.
