Job summary

The Oscar Getz Museum of Whiskey History in Bardstown, KY seeks a part-time Photographer & Videographer to capture museum exhibits, events, staff portraits, and programs for web, social, and archival use.

You will work independently and with marketing and digital content teams, producing high-quality visual content and maintaining an organized asset library, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed. Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and editing software is required.

This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling through the lens.

About the Role

The Photographer & Videographer documents museum programs, exhibitions, staff interviews, and special events for use across digital, print, and archival platforms. This role supports marketing, educational outreach, and institutional storytelling with polished visual media. It requires technical expertise, creative vision, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
