Doc’s Diesel is seeking a Part-Time Contract Photographer to join our Marketing Creative Team on-site in Bryan, Ohio. You’ll focus on clean, consistent product photography for our website, packaging, and ads, with an emphasis on product silhouettes and studio imagery.

You’ll set up and light scenes, shoot to a brief, and retouch images in Photoshop to ensure color accuracy and visual consistency across a growing catalog of products.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional photography experience.
• Strong product and/or studio photography skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for cleanup and retouching.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• On-site Bryan, Ohio, approx. 20 hours per week.

Part-Time Contract Photographer

Location: Bryan, Ohio — On-Site |Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling

About the Role

Doc’s Diesel is looking for a skilled Part-Time Contract Photographer to join our Creative Team in Bryan,

Ohio. This role will primarily focus on creating clean, consistent, high-quality product photography for use

across our website, packaging, advertising, and other marketing channels.

The majority of your time will be spent photographing product silhouettes and studio product imagery,

so we’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, consistency, and post-

production.

This is an on-site position, and all scheduled working hours must be completed at our Bryan, Ohiolocation. The schedule is flexible and will average approximately 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Photograph clean, consistent product silhouettes and studio product imagery
• Set up and adjust studio lighting, backgrounds, camera equipment, and products
• Edit, retouch, color-correct, and prepare final images in Adobe Photoshop
• Maintain visual consistency across a large and growing catalog of products
• Work from creative briefs and accurately execute specific photography requests
• Collaborate with the Creative Team and other members of Marketing
• Organize and prepare final photography assets for use across web, packaging, paid media, social, and other marketing channels
• Assist with product styling and staging when needed
• Support additional photography needs as they arise
• Potentially assist with video capture and other creative projects based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of professional photography experience
• Strong product and/or studio photography skills
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, exposure, and color
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including image cleanup, retouching, masking, and color correction
• Ability to understand creative direction and execute requests accurately
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple products or assignments efficiently
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working within an in-house Creative Team
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week on-site in Bryan, Ohio
• Portfolio must include examples of product photography or commercial product work

Nice to Have
