Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university in the United States.

• Interest in creative, experimental, and research-driven photography projects.

Position: Creative Photography Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Capture and deliver original, high-resolution photographs aligned with provided creative guidelines.
• Adjust lighting, framing, and composition to ensure consistency and quality across image sets.
• Work with flexible style prompts, including experimental and unconventional visual formats.
• Upload and organize image files using standardized tagging and metadata conventions.
• Write concise, clear annotations describing the context, content, and artistic style of each image.

Requirements

• Access to a DSLR or an equivalent professional camera and tripod (phone cameras are not accepted).
• Proven experience in photography, whether professional, freelance, or hobby-based.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university in the United States.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to visual detail.
• Interest in creative, experimental, and research-driven photography projects.
