Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. in New Albany, IN is seeking Photographers for seasonal school photography roles in the Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana area.

You will set up equipment, photograph students and staff at on-site school locations, and deliver high-quality portraits. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work early mornings with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation capable of fitting photography equipment; ability to drive up to two hours one way.
• Post-offer background check includes a Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Set up provided equipment, pose, and photograph students and staff on-site at schools.
• Blend technical photography skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Make people feel comfortable in front of the camera and ensure high-quality portraits.
• Work flexible scheduling based on school calendars, with early mornings and workdays typically lasting 8–10 hours, up to 40 hours per week.
• Take advantage of summer and winter breaks when school calendars align with time off.
• Receive pay adjustments and benefits as described below, including drive time, mileage, and potential bonuses.

Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for Photographers to join our team in the Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana area. Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been serving schools for 90 years. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality school portraits and yearbooks with affordable pricing and excellent service.
