Job description

We’re looking for someone to capture video and photos at a business conference near the Dallas Market Center on Thursday, November 5, 2026. This is a paid, one-time gig, and beginners are welcome!

Schedule and responsibilities:

• Arrive around 8:45 AM to set up
• Record the full presentation from 9:15–10:... AM, with clear audio, a wide shot, and a few close-ups of the speaker
• Spend about one hour afterward capturing our team interacting with clients and general event footage
• Capture 10–15 short clips, mainly vertical for social media, plus some event and team photos
• Deliver all original video and photo files, with no editing needed
• You can use a camera or a good smartphone. If you have a microphone, that would be a plus, but it’s not required.
• You don’t need to be a camera expert, just comfortable filming, reliable, and available that morning.
