Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including passport photo services and promotion of photo products.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Own the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and ensuring product availability.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders to ensure timely delivery of a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
