You will own the photo department’s inventory and operations, ensuring product availability and accurate cash handling while promoting photo products and services. The role emphasizes a customer-focused environment, collaboration with teammates, and adherence to policy, safety, and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and identifies needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and product promotion.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Maintains inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Supports cross-training of store team members on photo department operations for coverage.
