• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department and promotes photo products and services.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising efforts.
