Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department and promotes photo products.
• Processes customer transactions accurately including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders.
• Provides customer support for services like FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintains photo equipment and store systems, and ensures a safe, well-merchandised department.
