Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and personalized service; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer-obsessed service practices, ensuring warm greetings, helpful support, and problem resolution.
• Delivers accurate, courteous service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products.
• Recommends products and upgrades to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with proper cash handling.
• Manages photo department inventory and operational readiness to align with forecasted demand.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services while following policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and issue resolution.
• Keeps the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised; supports store appearance.
• Assists merchandising in display maintenance, promotions, and seasonal setups.
• Supports cross-training to ensure coverage during absences and maintain continuity.
• Follows policies and asset protection standards to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Collaborates with team members and performs additional tasks to support business objectives.
• Attends training and completes e-Learnings as requested by management.
