Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert photo services, digital passport photos, and supports customer service at checkout.
• Maintains inventory, organization and readiness of the photo department, monitoring supplies and ensuring product availability.
• Recommends photo products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Delivers friendly, courteous service and keeps the photo area clean, safe, and well-merchandised.
