Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and identify needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash-handling procedures.
• Own the photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness, monitoring levels and ensuring product availability.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and support merchandising activities.
