Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining photo expense and supply inventory levels.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for service offerings, including FedEx and Western Union, while ensuring compliance with policies.
