Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for services like FedEx and Western Union. You will own the photo department's inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

You will assist customers at checkout, promote photo products, process transactions accurately, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant department

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate photo department service, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders.
• Support FedEx, Western Union, and other services, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems to support daily operations.
• Keep the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised.
• Assist merchandising efforts and seasonal setups.
• Cross-train team members to ensure coverage during shifts.
• Follow company policies and asset protection standards.
