• Greet and assist customers at the photo counter to provide personalized products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Maintain photo department inventory and ensure product availability.
• Promote and upsell photo products and related services.
• Support photo and nearby departments with merchandising and displays.
