Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for FedEx, Western Union, and online orders. You will own the inventory, organization, and readiness of the photo department, maintaining supplies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs.

You will also assist at checkout, promote photo products, process transactions and returns, support merchandising

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and resolves questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate photo services, including digital passport photos, and promotes photo products.
• Processes transactions, handles cash, and supports merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Owns photo department inventory, supplies, and readiness to meet forecasted demand.
• Supports cross-department merchandising and provides training to teammates when needed.
