• Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Own the inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and maintaining records.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide customer support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services, adhering to policies.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver quality results.
• Keep the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised.
