Qualifications

• 3+ years professional photo retouching, preferably in fashion/beauty/ecommerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily image retouching requests across a range of projects.
• Perform expert-level color correction of clothing and product imagery.
• Ensure consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across all ecommerce and digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards.
• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow protocols for digital asset delivery.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standards.
