Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
• Possesses extensive experience in engineering roles (explicitly 35 years per listing).
• Proficient in applying geometry, trigonometry and algebra to optical test calculations.
• Strong capability to produce and manage technical documentation and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Track Optical Plans detailing photo-optical equipment for each test.
• Research archived technical documentation to obtain historical data and support planning.
• Coordinate with Air Force project managers, Track engineers, and customers to meet test objectives.
• Configure and operate photo-optical instrumentation missions per approved plans.
• Maintain security clearances and coordinate with government/contractor personnel throughout planning.
