Brief Description

Among the requirements for a nonprofit agency to participate in this contract 75 percent of its total direct labor hours must be performed by people who are blind or severely disabled. To fulfill this and other compliance requirements successfully, nonprofit agency personnel must fully understand the Committee’s definitions of blind and severely disabled and the Committee’s requirements for documentation of those individuals who are being counted towards the direct labor ratio.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Director of Photo License and Unique Source Products and Services District Manager, the Photo License Technician is responsible for the security of the Photo Center and its contents, processing of customers in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, and the daily operation of the Photo License Center. Type of supervision exercised: none. Jobs reporting to this position: none.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required.

WORK EXPERIENCE

None required.

SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to manipulate a keyboard or keypad a point and click device (mouse).
