Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist in Indianapolis to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, including digital passport photos, at the photo counter. The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, with preference for prior retail experience and familiarity

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels, maintaining records, ensuring product availability, and maintaining photo expense, raw material, and supply inventory levels that align with forecasted three-week customer demand.
