Job summary

Walgreens seeks an enthusiastic Photo Department teammate to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the photo counter, handling digital passport photos and supporting services like FedEx and Western Union. You will own inventory and maintain the photo department’s readiness to meet customer needs and promote products.

You will manage transactions, assist customers at checkout, and collaborate with teammates to keep the department clean, compliant, and well-merchandised while driving sales

Qualifications

• Experience in photo department or retail service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, accurate photo services and promote photo products.
• Process transactions, returns, refunds, and rain checks with cash handling.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the photo department.
• Support FedEx, Western Union, and online orders.
• Assist at checkout and merchandise accordingly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and operational standards.
• Train and cross-train staff as needed.
