Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
• Provides customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union, and other auxiliary services.
• Maintains photo equipment and store systems to support daily operations and delivers quality results.
• Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising and seasonal setups.
