Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department, monitors inventory levels and maintains photo expense and supply inventory.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
