Job summary

• Models customer-obsessed behaviors to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate photo services and promotes photo products and services.
• Recommends products and upgrades to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes transactions, returns, refunds, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Owns photo department inventory, supplies, and readiness to align with forecasted demand.
• Processes online and web pickup orders to ensure timely delivery of a seamless experience.
• Maintains photo equipment and store systems, troubleshoots issues, and supports daily operations.
• Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising across adjacent areas.
• Supports cross-training and coverage during shifts and adheres to all policies and safety regulations.
