Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, offering personalized products and services.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department to ensure product availability and operational readiness.
• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate service in the photo department and promotes photo products and services.
• Processes transactions accurately (purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, rain checks) with proper cash handling.
• Supports cross-training of team members and maintains store appearance and safety standards.
