Responsibilities

• Align processing determinations and escalated actions to client-specific written instructions.
• Adapt processing behaviors based on feedback or rule changes.
• Aim to meet production and quality goals as directed by the Processing Department.
• Utilize basic computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting.
• Perform other office/clerical duties as assigned.
