Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor & Image Retoucherto produce high-quality personal branding images that tell a compelling visual story. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical editing expertise with creative vision to enhance portraits and create imagery that reflects each client's personality, confidence, and professional brand. You will work closely with the Creative Director to interpret creative briefs, retouch and enhance images, and contribute ideas that help elevate the overall visual style. As part of a growing team, you'll also have the opportunity to help improve workflows and contribute to the development of creative processes.

A PORTFOLIO is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch high-quality images using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Canva.
• Interpret creative briefs and produce visually engaging images aligned with each client's personal brand and objectives.
• Apply professional colour correction, lighting adjustments, skin retouching, and image enhancements while maintaining a natural appearance.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to present edits, discuss creative concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Experiment with creative editing styles and techniques to enhance the overall visual impact of imagery.
• Help identify opportunities to improve editing workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all visual assets.
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting agreed timelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photo Editor, Image Retoucher, or in a similar creative role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong portfolio showcasing portrait, lifestyle, personal branding, or commercial photo editing work.
• Experience using Canva for graphic design and image editing.
• Excellent understanding of colour grading, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce polished, high-quality work.
• Ability to interpret creative direction while contributing original ideas and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Luminar Neo.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Experience editing personal branding, portrait, or commercial photography.
• Previous experience working in a creative agency, photography studio, or start-up environment.

Work Environment & ExpectationsWhile this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
• Use of time tracking software during work hours
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

• 1. Monthly Salary: Php35,000
• 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
• 3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
• 4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation 10 days annual leave credits5 days of sick leave
• 5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
• 6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
• 7. Annual Salary Review
• 8. Laptop provided after 30 days
• 9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
• 10. SHIFT TIMES: 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
