Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Photo Editor to join our creative team in Irvine. You will edit photography assets for ecommerce and marketing, manage post-shoot organization, and ensure color accuracy across brand materials.

The role requires 3–5 years of photo editing experience, proficiency with Photoshop and Lightroom, and a keen eye for detail. You will work under tight deadlines, collaborate across departments, and maintain consistent image quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Photo Editing.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Familiarity with file formats and image optimization.
• Self-driven and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for detail and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-volume image editing for ecommerce sites (retouching, color correction, color matching apparel, shaping, removing blemishes).
• Ensures ecommerce images are labeled, organized, stored, and archived appropriately upon editing completion.
• Edit campaign and marketing images to brand color and retouching standards for print and digital.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of exporting and editing for both print and digital mediums.
• Maintain consistency in image style and quality across platforms and channels.
