As a Photolithography Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and integrating lithography processes that directly shape future memory technologies. You will work hands‑on with tools, materials, layouts, and data, while leveraging Artificial Intelligence and other software, collaborating with global partners to move innovations from R&D into high-volume manufacturing. This role offers broad technical exposure and the opportunity to influence device performance, yield, and cost at scale.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D.in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical Degree relevant to Photolithography and Process Development or B.S. with 2+ years semiconductor processing experience with emphasis on Lithography will also be considered.
• Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development
• Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years semiconductor processing experience with emphasis on Lithography
• Experience with advanced lithography techniques, OPC, or overlay optimization
• Familiarity with process integration and high-volume manufacturing support
• Experience working with semiconductor equipment vendors or R&D environments
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools and related software
