You will own the section's performance, drive cross-functional collaboration, and push for innovative automation to meet ambitious production targets and technology-node development.

Responsibilities

• Own the full performance and long-term success of the section.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of process engineers and technicians.
• Orchestrate the release of Photo/Diffusion processes to meet ramp milestones.
• Champion daily module operational performance and maximize automation.
• Identify and execute high-impact process improvements to increase yield.
• Drive process development and qualification for next-generation technology nodes.
• Recruit, mentor, and elevate technical talent to scale with wafer starts.
• Partner with Equipment Engineering and Operations to align priorities.
• Represent the module in daily operations forums with data-driven updates.
• Cultivate a culture of open communication and collaboration across the organization.
