Job summary

Walgreens Photo Center in Appleton seeks a team member to deliver expert photo services and support for customer transactions, including FedEx and Western Union. You will own the photo department’s inventory, promote photo products, and assist at checkout with accurate cash handling to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
• Provides customer support for service offerings, including FedEx and Western Union, while complying with policies.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well‑merchandised photo department and supports merchandising and cross‑training.
